Secret Swizzle
A cocktail using a medley of island spice, citrus, cane syrup, and Santa Teresa 1796. Lime and grapefruit balance the brown sugar, molasses, and caramel flavors of Santa Teresa 1796. Paying homage to the tiki legend, Donn Beach, a secret spice blend was concocted at Lei Low aptly named “Dave’s Spices #4”. The spice blend contains clove, cinnamon, hibiscus, kola nut, and a few other undisclosed ingredients. The spices harmonize with the complex barrel aged flavors of Santa Teresa 1796. The ingredients come together and are brought forward by the sugar cane syrup. The result is a tart, refreshing, and robust Rum Punch.
